The Lady Dutch won its fifth consecutive Little Hawkeye Conference crown May 5 while the Little Dutch claimed its third in a row at the same meet.

 

Girls’ first place finishers included: Mackenzie Gustafson, 400-meter dash; Klaire Wisnewski, Megan Kooker, Kiki Pingel, Makenna Bogaard, 4 x 200-meter relay; Kooker, Bogaard, Larissa Downs, Gustafson, 4 x 400-meter relay; Wisnewski, Jessica Holterhaus, Gustafson, Kristin Rundle, 800-sprint medley; Becky Visser, Pingel, Corin McKinstrey, Lydia Van Ee, 4 x 100-shuttle hurdle; Visser, high jump; Holterhaus, long jump.

 

Boys’ first place finishers:  Jordan Pingel, 800-meter run; Payson Vande Lune, Josh Bailey, Aaron Houtz, Levi Heschke, 4 x 800-meter relay; Garret Jansen, discus.

 

Girls’ second place:  Van Ee, 100-meter hurdles; Van Ee, 400-meter hurdles; Ashley Kirkland, Nicole Schnebbe, Grace Fisher, Kelcey Blommers, 4 x 800-meter relay; Bogaard, Downs, Holterhaus, Tess Roorda, distance medley; Heidi Groenendyk, shot put.
