AS IT WAS. 2011 graduate Megan Card, now a student at the University of South Dakota, snapped this photo of her ballot at the Republican caucus held Jan. 3 in Pella at Pella Christian High School. Card did the write-in for “Rick Parry,” modeling the Stephen Colbert spoof on the Texas governor’s name.
