“Words With Friends” addicts users

Scrabble has returned in a new way through a new word game that is sweeping the nation. “Words With Friends” has become a worldwide hit, and with so many people playing, the trend is spreading like wildfire.

But, what makes this game so addicting? It could be the fact that EVERYONE is playing. With options to play through Facebook and Twitter, the opportunities are endless. It’s probably one of the easiest games to catch on to and once you play, there’s no way to escape the rising desire to play again, and again and technically, you don’t even need to know how to spell. Just put a couple letters together, and you’re on your way!

It literally takes zero spelling knowledge to win. Plus, if you’re really struggling that much, don’t worry, there are “cheats” out there. Just find them on Google! Or there’s always that option to pass your turn off to your lovely opponent and hope they will help you out. It’s easy and fun. Really, what’s not to love?

Think about it, America’s spelling has been declining ever since that invention called texting. This glorious game will give us all a chance to regain the spelling smarts we had back in the day. (Or not.) But, we can always use that as an excuse. For once, were using our iPhones for something “educational,” so it should be parent-approved.

The “Words With Friends” empire is growing more and more powerful each day. If you’re not one to conform, this would one of the few things you won’t regret slipping up on. Seriously, if you don’t have this app, download it now. It might just be the best decision you ever make.
