As hot girl summer comes to a close, Christian girl Autumn begins. I don’t know a single thing about fashion, but I do know about comfort, and during autumn, comfort is the name of the game. So let’s get cozy with the top three items of autumn.
- Fuzzy Socks
I’m not really sure when, but at some point it became acceptable to wear fuzzy socks out and about, even with sandals. I am not complaining about this at all. Fuzzy socks are just the more socially acceptable version of pajama pants if we are being honest; offering the same warmth, comfort, and promise that you’ll someday return to bed.
- Oversized Sweatshirts
Sure, oversized sweatshirts have gotten some bad publicity recently because of VSCO girls, but honestly, I don’t know if seventh grade me would have survived without baggy sweatshirts. They’re a perfect ten to me. They’re cosy, soft, and mask all of my insecurities.
- Leggings
Leggings are another one of those things people love to hate. “lEgGiNgS aReN’t PaNtS!” ok boomer. So whether you’re wearing leggings for comfort, style, or paired with a cropped Harvard sweatshirt as a Danielle Cohen costume, you do you.
