Rating the Billboard Hot 100
I rated the top fifteen of the Billboard Hot 100.
“Driver’s License” – Olivia Rodrigo
Rating: 15/10
I honestly have not come across someone who dislikes this song, and be honest, everyone likes watching the TikTok videos about the drama.
“Mood” – 24kGoldn featuring iann dior
Rating: 1,000/10
This is a song that almost anyone can enjoy. I added this to my playlist after I listened to it.
“Blinding Lights” – The Weeknd
Rating: 6.74/10
This song is really good, but I’ve heard it so much that I’m a little over it. That doesn’t make this a bad song; I just have heard it so many times that it’s lost its touch for me.
“34 + 35” – Ariana Grande
Rating: ∞/10
Fantastic, phenomenal, perfect in every way. I’ve listened to this song on repeat for the past few months, and it will never get old.
“Levitating” – Dua Lipa featuring DaBaby
Rating: 4/10
I wish they wouldn’t say their own names so many times; it’s not objectively a lot of times, but it’s too much.
“Go Crazy” – Chris Brown & Young Thug
Rating: -30/10
This song is actually pretty good, but Chris Brown is a bad person, so I don’t ever plan on listening to it again.
“Positions” – Ariana Grande
Rating: 568,032,865,000/10
This is great, the music video was iconic, her voice is amazing, I couldn’t ask for more.
“Holy” – Justin Bieber featuring Chance The Rapper
Rating: 5.23/10
Your average Justin Bieber song, but it’s better than “Yummy,” and that’s all I could ask for.
“Good Days” – SZA
Rating: 983,218,760/10
SZA killed it, but nobody would expect anything less from her.
“Bang!” – AJR
Rating: 9/10
This has the usual AJR flair; their use of original instrumental and beats make this song stick out.
“For The Night” – Pop Smoke featuring Lil Baby & DaBaby
Rating: -74,927/10
I wasn’t a fan of all the “uUhHhH”s at the beginning of the song. It’s too much.
“Therefore I Am” – Billie Eilish
Rating: 20/10
Billie Eilish does it again. It repeats a lot, so if you don’t like that, you won’t like this.
“Lonely” – Justin Bieber & benny blanco
Rating: 5.23/10
Same as the Holy rating except this song is sad.
“Save Your Tears” – The Weeknd
Rating: 76,380/10
The Weeknd deserved a Grammy nomination.
“Better Together” – Luke Combs
Rating: -43,790/10
Country music sucks.
