State Speech Results at Cedar Rapids Washington

The State Speech was held at Cedar Rapids Washington on February 4. There are 15 events going to All State. Pella ended up with 12 division I ratings overall;  8 of the performances received all division I ratings. Two events received II ratings, and one event was disqualified for going over time.

Pella has a Performing All State team in Group Improvisation with juniors Julie Start, Isaac Zeimetz, Grace Larson and Ethan Vance.

Non Performing All State groups are the 9th grader Readers Theatre, the Musical Theatre group Something Rotten and the TV News group, coached by Josiah Brandt. There are also 26 All Staters, with two double All Staters, seniors Tate Petty and Sam Sharp.
