Dear Senior Students,

Your future, whatever it may be, is coming quickly! Dollars For Scholars wants to help fund your future. Dollars For Scholars is a nonprofit national organization that provides scholarships for high school students who complete the application process and meet the necessary requirements. As for time commitment, the process as a whole usually takes about two hours. Scholarships range from three hundred to three thousand dollars and the best part is, every applicant is guaranteed a scholarship! In fact, DFS has given more than 3,000 awards worth over $1.2 million in scholarships and grants to graduating seniors at Pella and Pella Christian High School since 2001. The application process begins on January 1 and ends February 28.
The process for the application is quick and painless. The link to the Pella DFS website is here. The DFS link can also be found on the Pella Schools website, at the bottom of the page, under quick links. Simply click on the link, create a DFS account, write the required essay, and then apply for as many scholarships as you would like. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the application process feel free to ask the school guidance counselors: Mrs. Manning and Mrs. Thompson or the Dollars For Scholars Liaisons: Elise Beukelman, Naomi Tripp, Benjamin Hones, and Kalin Valster.
