    WARNING: SLIGHT SPOILERS

After the announcement that the beloved classic films Star Wars was to be returning two years ago, fans have been ecstatic. After Rogue One, the hype had died down a bit. That excitement came back with the promise of the next movie in the series, The Last Jedi. With a diverse cast and the music from John Williams that we all know and love, Star Wars: The Last Jedi was a blast.
The Last Jedi’s plot was fast paced and detailed, advancing the story while working on character development of most of the major characters at the same time. By the end of the movie, Commander Po had matured; Finn had lessened his obsession on Rey; and Rey realized some very important things about herself. There were some comedic moments, but the overall tone of rebellion and self-discovery never left. The graphics were also pretty good. The destruction of large ships in distinct ways looked very appealing graphically.
All movies, however, always has something to be improved upon. In the case of The Last Jedi, there are parts of the movie where the character take away from the seriousness of the tone by over-explaining what they are doing. It can also be a little too focused on the action, making it more like The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.
Although there were some things that could have been better, Star Wars: The Last Jedi was still a fun-filled movie that every Star Wars fan can appreciate.
