A: My biggest goal is to place as high as possible in the state tournament.

A: I keep a consistent warm-up to make sure my body feels great, and I spent time mentally preparing to compete.

Q: How long have you been wrestling?

A: I have been wrestling since 3/4 grade.

Q: What do you do on a day-to-day basis for wrestling?

A: Weight management is a big part of the day-to-day during wrestling season. I have to make sure I don’t get too heavy or too light while making sure I am hydrated and have energy. This helps me compete well and be in good shape.
